Designed to nurture a (new) field of interest.

We're creating programmes that students can engage with according to their talents and interests. That could be in a subject area they are already pursuing at home, or it may be a new topic they haven't yet explored and are ready to discover.

In either case, ESA programmes provide the context to build knowledge, gain confidence and apply themselves to a themed challenge - supported by experts in a collaborative international environment.

3 umbrella themes  cater for a range of interests and specialisms:

six key objectives
for all programmes

collaborative-learning-scaled.jpg

Objective:

To create an environment that feels a bit more like college or Uni than a summer camp. We're seeking to support independence, confidence and personal skills growth. Whilst the cohort will be mixed nationality a minimum level of English has been set so as to work and socialise together easily.

Objective:

To set a clear goal to work towards progressively as an alternative to more fragmented generic class sessions. We're seeking engagement and excellence rather than "just attendance". Expect an exciting challenge and a modern mix of learning styles, contexts and spaces, encouraging students to collaborate and achieve their best alongside like-minded peers.

Objective:

To ensure and excellent standard of output that students and their teams can be proud of.  The supported element of the programme mirrors the real world where success relies not only on yourself but on the team-mates and third party contractors you manage and direct in order to bring projects to realisation.

Element 3 bullets.png
Uni Lecturer.jpg

Objective:

To introduce or enhance students knowledge of subject interest areas that may not have had the opportunity to explore so far at School.  The Microcredential electives offer added value to the programme in that the knowledge should be applied to the brief. Students will also be assessed on their chosen subject and be issued with a certificate of Merit, Pass or Attendance to take-away according to their performance.

All esa centres and ther programme content aim to nurture  inspiration, innovation and cultural connection at every opportunity and a project with takeaway skills/experince that is meaningful and rewarding.
